The Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation for educational and charitable purposes.  The Foundation has received tax-exempt status in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Donations to the Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation, Inc. are tax-deductible and will directly benefit MPS students, staff, and schools.
